Introducing Maureen, Artist Watch Editor
Our newest Artist Watch editor at Escape Into Life is Maureen E. Doallas, who is also an EIL poet and who writes her own blog on the arts, Writing Without Paper.
Maureen E. Doallas is the author of Neruda’s Memoirs: Poems (T.S. Poetry Press, 2011). Her work can be found in Open to Interpretation: Water’s Edge, an anthology of photography, poetry, and prose; Oil and Water. . . And Other Things That Don’t Mix, a charity anthology benefiting U.S. Gulf Coast communities affected by the 2010 BP oil spill; and Felder Rushing’s book Bottle trees; Every Day Poems and The Victorian Violet Press & Journal; and at VerseWrights,The Beautiful Due, Poets for Living Waters, the sad red earth, and Red Lion Square. She writes daily at Writing Without Paper, is a guest writer at TweetSpeakPoetry, and a contributing writer to Manhattan Arts International blogs. Her interviews and cultural features also have appeared at The High Calling. A resident of Arlington, Virginia, Maureen owns a small business, Transformational Threads.
