Artist Statement

I think that my work is only partly represented here in that it is something quite different in person. A close examination reveals the design elements, and a bit of distance blends these elements in to a recognizable image. I am a Boston artist with work in many private and public collections.

His is a unique style of portrature that combines some of the old and new. He has drawn from the likes of Vincent and Chuck Close to offer a unique, contemporary vision. His work is in many collections, primarily in the United States, and was featured on the cover of ‘Modern Art’, published by the SoHo Instatute of Fine Arts.
